      • Vaibhav Domkundwar is the founder & CEO of BetterLabs, an unique product incubation company based in San Jose & Pune, India. Prior to this, Vaibhav founded Better, Inc. a boutique b2b sales research & lead generation company, which continues to empower sales and revenue generation campaigns for technology companies. Earlier, Vaibhav was a co-founder and Director of Marketing at Roamware, a global leader in mobile roaming services with a customer base of 292 mobile carriers in 116 countries. Earlier in his career, Vaibhav held product management roles at Corio and i2 Technologies. Vaibhav graduated with a Master of Science and a Management of Technology degree from University of California, Berkeley and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from College of Engineering Pune.

      • Shashank is responsible for providing the technological vision for new product development and incubation at BetterLabs. Prior to joining BetterLabs, Shashank has worked as a consultant at multiple Fortune 100 companies such as Sprint, Yellow Technologies, and GE Capital. His area of expertise is in Database Management, Document Imaging and developing n-tier applications. He is an active member of the Open Source community and has contributed in several Open Source development efforts, mainly on the Ruby Language installation packages on Windows. While in India he worked as research scientist in a world class R&D lab: C-DAC, where he developed cutting edge applications on the Massively Parallel platform PARAM indigenously built at C-DAC. He was the member of the team which was awarded the Best Parallel applications on PARAM award. Shashank has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Pune University, India.

      • Satish Mishra is responsible for driving the day to day operations at BetterLabs. Satish brings more than 10 years of working in the technology industry in variety of roles and is a hands-on problem solver. Prior to BetterLabs, Satish setup and drove the operations at Better Marketing Services, a boutique b2b lead generation firm. Prior to that, Satish was a technical lead in the Global Marketing Services group at DigitalThink (formerly LearningByte Internation). Prior to stepping into the technology industry, Satish worked in operations at large multinational companies like Tata Steel and Usha Martin Group. Satish has a bachelor of engineering degree from REC Allahabad, and a master in Computers and Business Administration from ICFAI University.
